As a credit recovery program, we are devoted to providing an alternative high school education for youth across the state of Indiana.
Approach to Success
Bridge's mission is to provide a non-traditional path to graduation for high school students facing various challenges. The program offers a supportive and flexible learning environment, aiming to empower students to overcome obstacles and achieve academic success. Through a team of dedicated teachers, including hands-on instructors, subject-specific educators, and special education staff, Bridge ensures personalized attention and tailored support for each student. With a focus on resiliency, flexibility, and self-advocacy, Bridge seeks to instill a passion for life-long learning and equip students with the skills needed for success beyond graduation.
Curriculum & Diplomas
Students are provided with a standard public school curriculum based on the Indiana State Standards through the online program Edmentum, an industry leader in secondary instructional solutions. Online courses make it possible to accommodate various learning styles and needs. We aspire for all students to achieve post-secondary readiness, employability skills, and receive the necessary credits to graduate, thus enabling them with the opportunity to be successful in a family, career, and community.

How much does it cost to enroll in Bridge?There is no cost to enroll in Bridge.

Is Bridge a homeschool program?No. Bridge is an online program offered through White's High School and MSD of Wabash County. We are an accredited public high school that offers students an opportunity to receive a public school education from the comforts of their home.

How does Bridge work?Students who enroll in Bridge are assigned a schedule of courses that align with their academic needs and goals of graduation. Each student is assigned a facilitating teacher who will work with that student to ensure they are successful and remain on track academically.

Do students have to be online at specific times during the day?No. Bridge offers a flexible learning environment where students are able to work at any time during the day. Students have access to the online curriculum 24/7 and are able to work at their own pace as long as they are keeping up with the weekly schedule of assignments.

How do I enroll in Bridge?To begin the process of enrollment in Bridge, students or parents must submit the online application. Once an application is submitted, the student and their parent or guardian is sent "Orientation to Bridge", which must be completed prior to being considered for enrollment. The Orientation will be completed online, not in-person. Once the Orientation has been fully completed by the parent and student, Bridge staff will request school records directly from the student's previous high school. When records are received, Bridge staff will review the applicant's school records and schedule a time to meet with the applicant and his/her parent/guardian to discuss enrollment.

Do Bridge enroll students in any grade level?No. The mission and focus of Bridge is to serve high school age students (9th - 12th grade) who are struggling in the traditional school environment or who need to recover credits in order to meet graduation requirements.

Does Bridge accept students who have been expelled?Yes. If a student is serving an expulsion, we will review the academic and behavioral records to consider him or her for enrollment.
